Since we found this space, there was no doubt that our concept would be based on the history of Polo Norte Soda Factory. The main room has many antique items such as siphons, a collection of soda bottles and even original bottles from the factory itself. The walls transport you to 1902 with the art of the great local artist, Abey Carrión. As for the private room, it's a more intimate space that our Mama Elvira decorated with her personal collection of local art. If you are intrigued by the historical places of Old San Juan, you must visit us.
